We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider. We find this service the most reliable. The estimated delivery times below apply once your order has been processed.

We are not liable for local customs and sales taxes that you may incur on your delivery. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid for by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves us, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you are accepting these terms and conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can contact Royal Mail to make a claim. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any details Royal Mail require to assist with your claim.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to make a return, please notify us at email@example.com within 14 days of the item being received. Please ensure all items being retuned are in their original condition and reach us within 28 days of being received. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest using a Royal Mail tracked service to return your item. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CHOSEN COURIER THAT THEY DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES. Royal Mail do, however, other couriers like Yodel, Evri, etc, do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please return your item to the returns address below. Please keep your tracking number safe until you receive confirmation of your refund. We can not guarantee your return will be received by us and do not accept any responsibility for lost items. Your return must be in an unused new resale-able condition. Once we have received your return and inspected it’s condition a refund will be given minus the original shipping costs.

At this time we cannot offer an exchange service due to ongoing stock fluctuation. Please refer to our size guide before ordering to ensure you have measured correctly as it is your responsibility to order the correct size. If you find your order is the incorrect size and you would like to repurchase the correct size we suggest re ordering the correct size and using a tracked service to return your existing order. Once we have received your existing order in new resealable condition we will refund to cost of the product minus any shipping fees.
We product check all of our out going orders but In the unlikely event when receiving your order any part of it you find to be faulty please email at email@example.com so we can rectify this for you.
